- Build emails in Klaviyo / Figma → Klaviyo
- Maintain consistency across flows and campaigns

You’ll own strategy, performance, and client relationships for ecommerce brands across email and SMS.
What you’ll do
• Manage client relationships and lead account strategy
• Build and execute email & SMS lifecycle strategies
• Lead a pod (copywriter, designer, Klaviyo technician)
• Analyze performance and optimize retention channels
• Plan campaigns, flows, and testing initiatives
Level is determined by experience (Strategist or Senior Strategist).
