What services does Well Copy offer?

Full end-to-end retetnion management specializing in email and SMS. That includes strategy, flow buildouts, campaign creation, design, copywriting, ESP implementation, segmentation, deliverability management, and ongoing optimization. We handle everything so you can focus on running your brand.

How often will you send campaigns to my list?

We typically recommend 12-16 campaigns per month, though we scale anywhere from 8-40 depending on your brand, audience, and goals. Every send is strategic and segmented to maximize revenue without fatiguing your list.

What are the costs?

We operate on a flat monthly retainer based on email and SMS volume, so you always know exactly what to expect. All plans are month to month with no long-term contracts. You can adjust or cancel anytime. Our lowest plans come out at $5,000 USD per month.

How quickly will I see results?

Most clients see measurable improvements within 30-60 days. You will have a new pop-up live by Day 7 and first optimized emails sending by Day 10. Full flow buildout typically completes within the first month.

Do I need to be on Klaviyo?

We work mostly with Klaviyo. If you are on another platform and considering a switch, we will manage the migration. If you are on another platform, we will have a conversation on if it makes sense to stay or move.
