  • We audited the account end-to-end, and ran the Well Copy retention playbook adapted to Forest Ink's customers.
  • Rebuilt the email flows from 4 flows to a 30+ email customer journey.
  • Replaced full list sends with segmented, calendar-driven campaigns built around non-discount angles.
  • Optimized pop-up forms and did ongoing A/B testing to accelerate list growth
  • Built the SMS channel in parallel with email to capture more revenue.
  • Added deliverability and list hygiene to protect inbox placement and lower Klaviyo billing

  • Audited the existing flows, rewrote and redesigned each one, and expanded the flows to cover welcome, abandonment, post-purchase, replenishment, and winback, multiplying flow revenue several times over.
  • Rebuilt the campaign calendar with proper segmentation, hitting the right people at the right time.
  • Redesigned every campaign template to maximize click-through, lifting engagement and conversion per send.
  • Launched a refreshed pop-up with ongoing test cycles, upping list growth month-over-month.
  • Built out the SMS program, adding flows, campaigns, and segmentation.
  • Took over account management with daily Slack communication, Tuesday progress reports, and monthly slide decks, so the founders never had to log into Klaviyo.
